3 c. warmish water
3/4 c. distilled white vinegar (4 or 5%)
2 tbsp. castille soap (scented or unscented)
2 tbsp. mineral oil (or olive oil)
5-10 drops essential oil (optional)

Add all ingredients to a 32 oz. spray bottle and shake to mix well.
